ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE：To rapidly evaluate the effectiveness，safety and economics of rosuvastatin （RSV）in the treatment of dyslipidemia，so as to provide evidence-based support for clinical drug use. METHODS ：Retrieved from PubMed ，Embase， Cochrane Library ，CNKI，Wanfang database and CBM ，etc.，health technology assessment （HTA）related website and database were searched systematically to select HTA report ，Meta-analysis/systemic evaluation and pharmacoeconomics study about RSV versus placebo or other positive drugs in the treatment of dyslipidemia. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria ，two researchers independently screened the literatures ，extracted and summarized the data ，then performed qualitative description of results. RESULTS ：Totally 11 Meta-analysis and 11 pharmacoeconomic studies were included ，and no relevant HTA report was retrieved. Results of the study showed that compared with the control group ，RSV could regulate dyslipidemia ，and reduce the levels of LDL-C ，TG，TC，C-reactive protein and sdLDL ；RSV could also reverse atherosclerotic plaque ，reduce all-cause mortality with good safety. In terms of economy ，compared with other statins or placebo ，RSV could prolong quality-adjusted life year，its incremental cost-effectiveness ratio is lower than the desired payment threshold ，which had more economic advantages. CONCLUSIONS：RSV is effective ，safe and economical in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the shortage of emergency medicines in emergency department of 76 medical institutions in China, and find out the reasons and the measurements. Methods: The shortage of emergency medicines in 76 class-Ⅰ, class-Ⅱ and class-Ⅲmedical institutions from 22 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country was investigated by question-naires, and the data obtained from the survey were collected and analyzed by Excel 2007. Results: Totally 76 questionnaires were sent out, and all of them were recycled with the effective recovery of 100% . Pralidoxime chloride injection ranked the first in 59 investiga-ted medicines with the shortage rate of 63. 16% , which was at the top spot in the list of the different medical institutions as well. The main reasons of drug shortage were as follows: less clinical requirements, lost-bid in centralized bidding and price inversion. Conclu-sion: It is suggested that the relevant management departments should establish a reasonable pricing mechanism and carry out policy guarantee for the urgent need of emergency medicines with low dosage and low price.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the curative effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids ( PPH) stapling surgery combined with disection and ligation in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids in the elderly . Methods 80 elderly patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were enrolled ,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table ,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with disection and ligation .The study group was additionally treated with PPH .The clinical symptoms score , the total effective rate, the related clinical index , the complication rate and the postoperative anal stenosis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment .Results Compared with the control group , the scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower(all P<0.01).The postoperative hospital stay,the time of pain, the duration of the first defecation pain ,the duration of the total pain ,the time of edema and the time of blood flow of the study group were (5.57 ±1.35) d,(4.47 ±1.14) points,(24.75 ±4.52) min,(4.12 ±1.05) d,(3.51 ± 0.85)d,(4.01 ±0.94) d,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group [(8.07 ± 1.49)d,(5.68 ±1.06)points,(30.77 ±5.54)min,(6.33 ±1.29)d,(4.93 ±1.02)d,(5.39 ±1.36)d],the differences were statistically significant (t =7.864,3.657,5.325,8.403,6.764,5.279,all P <0.01).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.5％,which was significantly higher than 39.9 ％ of the control group (χ2 =4.507 ,P<0.05 ) .The overall complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2 =6.270,P<0.05).Conclusion The PPH stapling surgery combined with disection and ligation in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids in the elderly is an effective method .

Objective To discuss the relationship between levels of serum IgA 1 and underglycosylated IgAl and renal function in children with allergic purpura.Methods Fifty-nine children with allergic purpura including 32 cases of renal damage group and 27 cases of non-renal damage group and 12 healthy children as control group were chosen.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of serum IgA1 and underglycosylated IgA1[the binding capacity of vilsa villosa lectin(VVL) to serum IgA1],children in renal damage group were separated into 3 groups:＜ 0.5 MOM,0.5-1.5 MOM and ＞ 1.5 MOM according to the multiples of the median(MOM) of the level of serum IgA 1 and underglycosylated IgA 1.Serum creatinine (SCr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum uric acid (SUA) were tested by completely automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The levels of serum IgA1 and underglycosylated IgA1 in control group [(1.07 ±0.68) g/L,(1.26 ±0.92) AU/mg] were significantly lower than that in renal damage group [(2.26 ± 0.77) g/L,(3.78 ± 0.64) AU/mg] and non-renal damage group [(1.75 ± 0.53) g/L,(2.02 ± 0.76) AU/mg],and there were differences among these groups (P ＜ 0.05).According to MOM of the level of serum IgA1:＜0.5 MOM group(6 cases),0.5-1.5 MOM group(17 cases) and ＞ 1.5 MOM group(9 cases),there was significant difference in the level of serum IgA1 among three groups (P ＜0.01),but there was no significant difference of SCr,BUN and SUA among three groups (P ＞ 0.05).According to MOM of the level of serum underglycoeylated IgA1:＜0.5 MOM group (8 cases),0.5-1.5MOM group (13 cases) and ＞ 1.5 MOM group (11 cases),there was significant difference in the level of serum underglycosylated IgA1,SCr,BUN among three groups (P ＜ 0.01),but there was no significant difference of SUA among three groups (P ＞ 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the level of serum IgA1 was no correlation with SCr,BUN,SUA (r =2.88,1.44,1.66,P ＞ 0.05);the level of serum underglycosylated IgA1 was positive correlation with SCr,BUN(r =1.12,1.99,P＜ 0.05),but no correlation with SUA(r =2.88,P＞ 0.05).Conclusions The level of serum IgA1 can't reflect the degree of impairment of kidney damage,underglycosylated IgA1 level is significantly positively correlated with the renal function.There are more severe degree of renal function damage in the higher underglycosylated IgA1 level in children with allergic purpura.
